Our cashew chicken gets its unique flavour by combining more standard ingredients (e.g. – garlic, ginger, onion, cumin) with crushed cashews in the cooking process.  We then dice the chicken into bits, tossing them with assorted veggies in a delicious sauté.  To fill out the meal, we serve the cashew chicken and veggie sauté with a bed of garlic & herbed rice.

Do not be fooled by those who say carbs are bad for you!  Carbs are a vital source of rich calories and fibre.  When served by our professional chefs, the good complex carbs in rice will help stabilise blood sugar levels, while the chicken and veggies provide a host of nutritional benefits – like a full serving of protein (~20 grams) and crucial vitamins like A, K, and C from the veggie sources.  A wonderful alternative to those who are sick of their standard chicken recipes!
