A uniquely flavoured dish that hits the spot, our coconut and lime crumbed Basa fish has that tangy, slightly citrusy zest that makes each bite of the fish a different experience. Paired with sweet potato chips, the meal only gets healthier! We have made it known we are big fans of the sweet potato, and having them in chips form is far, far healthier than any bag of chips from the store. We crumb the fish with premium bread crumbs, free range eggs, gluten-free flour shredded coconut, pepper, and an herbal mix.
