We’ll be honest – this is one of our personal favourite meals for a family dinner. The Diet Factory’s Lamb Shank Hot Pot is braised lamb, slow cooked to perfection before ever reaching your door. A quality, yet inexpensive meat, our chef’s make sure to extract every bit of flavor from the bone before removing from the hot pot. Made with homemade beef bone broth, carrots, garlic, onion, and tomato, we top the lamb shanks with rosemary for a garnished herbal flavor.
Each lamb hot pot has a host of minerals gained from eating lamb meat, along with a whole day’s worth of protein (~25-50 grams) in each shank.
