We have been told the sauce in our Chicken & Penne Pasta Salad is one of the most delicious sauces they have ever tasted in a traditional pasta dish. Our red sauce is made in-house combining whole tomatoes with a host of herbs, spices, and oils/butters added for an enhanced flavour profile. The chicken is marinated and cooked in the same sauce, helping it melt in your mouth with every bite!
On the side, the pasta salad can be enjoyed as a side dish or can be combined with the sauce. Our pasta comes very al dente to ensure it does not become “flimsy” if it needs re-heating. Tossed with salt, pepper, olive oil, and cucumber, our penne is a hybrid salad that can be enjoyed with or alongside our delectable red sauce and chicken.
